Shipping in the U.S.
While some of our products are shipped directly from Belle Escape via Fedex Ground, many of them are shipped directly from the manufacturers via various ground or freight carriers. Shipping and delivery days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. For products that we do not stock, estimated shipping times are noted in the product descriptions. Most In-stock furniture items will be shipped within one to two weeks of placing an order and should be received within 7 to 10 business days after it ships. Many of our products, especially the hand-painted furniture, are made upon order and can take from four to 12 weeks to ship. For furniture going to an address in the continental U.S., door front shipping is "Free". This means that your furniture will be delivered in boxes to the front of your home at no additional charge. If you desire White Glove Service, you can choose this option in the drop-down box next to the item you are ordering. Please note that "White Glove" service includes taking an item up one flight of stairs at the most. If there are additional stairs, the delivery company may charge you extra and you will be responsible for those charges. If you have multiple furniture items, please call us for an estimate so that we can get you the most affordable price possible. Once an order is placed, we will confirm an estimated shipping timeframe with you via email.
Belle Escape has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. You will complete your order on the secure International Checkout page. You may pay by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once you place your order, please direct all inquiries to International Checkout at email@example.com.
International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Belle Escape. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.

BelleEscape.com will happily offer you a refund on most items if you return those items (exceptions are listed below) in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. ALL returns must be shipped back in the orignia packaging. Please note that the color of an item may vary on your screen. If you choose to return an item due to the color, you will be liable for outbound and return shipping, plus a restocking fee of 20%. Once the original item is returned, you will receive a CREDIT for the amount of the item, excluding shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Please inspect your furniture upon arrival to determine if there are any damages. If you detect any damage, do not accept the delivery and note the damage on the delivery form. If your item is damaged during delivery, we will replace it as quickly as possible. In the event of special promotions or discounts, Belle Escape reserves the right to apply additional rules. Those rules will be posted on the relevant promotions pages at the time the offer is valid. Please call a customer care representative if you have any returns-related questions that are associated with these special offers.
Most of our furniture is shipped from Indonesia or South America. In rare instances, containers can get damaged in transit. If this happens, we will make the piece you ordered again and re-ship it as soon as it is ready. Maritime damage is typically related to sudden storms on the high seas. It is very rare, but it can happen and Belle Escape cannot be held liable for damages and delays for which we have no control.
Items Which Cannot be Returned:
• Furniture or decor that is made upon order (noted in product descriptions)
• Items discounted for final sale
• Custom order merchandise (made in the finish of your choice)
• Clearance items with discounts over 25% off
Please note that shipping is NOT refundable.
Belle Escape will not accept ANY returns or exchanges after 30 days (determined from the date you received the merchandise) for ANY reason.
Items Made Upon Order
There are no returns on hand-painted furniture as these items are made for you upon order. Because we do not stock these items and they have been ordered especially for you, they can not be canceled or returned. We initiate the production process within three days of your order being placed and pay to have it made upfront, so custom orders cannot be cancelled. Damages are very rare as our items are very well packed. But please inspect your items upon delivery. If an item is damaged, this must be noted on the delivery invoice and we will need a photos of the broken item and box. Contact us immediately about the damage and email the photos of the damage to email@example.com. Belle Escape will arrange for the damaged item to be picked up and a new one to be delivered to you as quickly as possible.
Coupons can be used during the active time period. Two coupons cannot be combined. Designers and the Trade with an existing discount cannot combine a coupon with their discount. However, if we have an active coupon out for more than their discount, they can use that instead but must call in to place an order. In the event that a coupon is combined with a Designer or Trade discount, that discount will be taken off and charged to the order
