Returns

We will happily offer you a refund on most items if you return those items (exceptions are listed below) in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. Once the original item is returned, you will receive a credit for the amount of the item, excluding shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee may apply. 

In the event of special promotions or discounts, Belle Escape reserves the right to apply additional rules. Those rules will be posted on the relevant promotions pages at the time the offer is valid. Please call a customer care representative if you have any returns-related questions that are associated with these special offers.

Items which can not be returned: 

 - Items discounted for final sale
 - Custom order merchandise
 - Clearance items with discounts over 25% off

Please note that shipping is NOT refundable.

Belle Escape will not accept ANY returns or exchanges after 30 days (determined from the date you received the merchandise) for ANY reason.
 
Items Made Upon Order

There are no returns on hand-made pillows or hand-painted furniture as these items are made for you upon order. Because we do not stock these items and they have been ordered especially for you, they can not be canceled or returned.
